Dr Delphine Theobald

About

My main areas of research are in intimate partner violence (IPV), and psychopathology associated with violence perpetration. I am particularly interested in the intergenerational transmission of IPV and the factors that may be associated. Recently my interests have widened to include aggression in dating relationships and the evaluation of 'healthy' relationship interventions. In 2013 I received the Early Career Award from the Division of Developmental and Life-course Criminology of the American Society of Criminology for my significant contribution to scholarly knowledge on developmental and life-course criminology in my early career.
